PP & PJ was great. I read it wrong and started out with SP hence the double at 75. 105 was strong was form was just a bit off on the 2nd PJ. Chin ups were ok, I'd like to get those numbers up.
The RFESS was tough...this one made me sweat! No issue with the pu's, got them done. No idea why the times kept decreasing on this one. Each set felt like 80%.
