First day back after going through 2 days of the worst stomach flu EVER!
Ran out of time, could only do 3 out of the 4 sets but honestly I was just glad I got in. All 3 sets felt like hell...muscles were so weak during the metcon...that's what happens when your not fueled properly!!! The next few days I'll be happily re-fueling! I did see progess with the strength...still a win and glad to be moving!!
